Jessica Parry-Williams MCSP, MACP Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist

I qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2001 and has developed a broad range of clinical experience, from working with the general pubic to elite sports athletes. I work as an Clinical Specialist within the NHS in injury assessment, diagnosis, management and advanced rehabilitation for return to sport or function. I have a Masters degree in Manual Therapy and treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
Since 2017 I have been the lead Physiotherapist for Welsh Triathlon senior and youth/junior squads and has worked with Cardiff MET University Rugby teams. I am a Consultant Physiotherapist for the Welsh Institute of Sport supporting Commonwealth Welsh athletes in Judo, Gymnastics, Cycling, Boxing and Weightlifting.
Within the sporting arena I have developed an evidenced based interest and delivered physiotherapy in injury prevention, performance optimisation and advanced rehabilitation back to sport.

I have represented Wales as a senior athlete in Cross Country, 10 km and Half Marathon distances and was former Welsh Marathon and Half Marathon Champion.
In triathlon I represented the Great Britain Age Group Team at the World Championships and have podiumed at Half Ironman UK Wimbleball.
